These Terms are available in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall govern in all cases of discrepancy.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your apkavz Account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 Single Account Rule. Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the apkavz Platform. Creating duplicate accounts, sharing accounts, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
3.5 KYC Verification. apkavz may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary Account restriction or suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 Account Security. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apkavz login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify apkavz immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your Account. apkavz will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
4.3 Account Currency. The primary account currency on apkavz is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, unless a separate crypto wallet option is specified.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. apkavz reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee on dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your apkavz Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to closure. Players seeking self-exclusion should refer to Section 11 of these Terms.
5.1 Deposit Policy. All deposits made to your apkavz Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where technically possible. apkavz reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the apkavz cashier. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your Account, or to a method that has been verified by the apkavz compliance team. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC completion.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. apkavz aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the cashier page. Standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals process after Tron network confirmation.
5.5 Wagering Requirement on Deposits. Deposits that attract a bonus may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the deposited amount plus any bonus becomes withdrawable. The specific requirement is stated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. apkavz operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Any deposit made to an apkavz Account must represent legitimately sourced funds. apkavz reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by apkavz are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, which terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion details.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. apkavz reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has exploited a bonus offer through irregular play patterns, low-margin wagering strategies, or coordinated play. Decisions made in this regard are final.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on a player's Account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds involved.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire if the wagering conditions are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.
7.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market on the apkavz Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.
7.2 Sportsbook Rules. The apkavz sportsbook operates under standard international sports betting rules. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the applicable market result, the result determined by the official sporting body shall prevail.
7.3 Void Bets. apkavz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was cancelled, postponed, or where the result cannot be determined with certainty. Voided bets are refunded to the player's Account Balance.
7.4 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest or palpable error in odds — including but not limited to incorrect prices, missing zero digits, or clearly erroneous lines — apkavz reserves the right to void affected bets. Players should not knowingly exploit pricing errors.
7.5 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a platform or game malfunction, the outcome of the affected round or bet will be void and any stake will be returned to the player's Account. apkavz is not liable for losses attributable to player-side technical issues such as internet disconnection.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of apkavz.
apkavz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not convey any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by apkavz is governed by the apkavz Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
